# /emojiinfo

> Inspect any custom Discord emoji.

Get detailed information about a custom Discord emoji.

## Description

Shows the emoji's name, ID, animated status, source server, creation date, and a full-size preview.

## Required permissions

* **User:** none
* **Bot:** `Embed Links`

## Syntax

```text theme={null}
/emojiinfo emoji:<emoji>
```

## Example

```text theme={null}
/emojiinfo emoji:🍔
```

## Notes

Use [`/enlarge`](/utility/enlarge) if you just want the large image without the metadata.
